Ich mache diese Suppe sehr gerne mit Kartoffeln, Brokkoli und Karotten, jedoch k\u00f6nnt ihr auch andere Gem\u00fcsesorten, wie zum Beispiel Lauch, Zucchini, Sellerie oder Peperoni, dazugeben. Zu der Suppe passen selbstgemachte Cro\u00fbtons besonders gut.<\/p><p>Nun zum Rezept.
