Deshalb ist es keine grosse \u00dcberraschung, dass Hummus zum gr\u00f6ssten Teil aus p\u00fcrierten Kichererbsen besteht. Zus\u00e4tzlich dazu, wird Hummus traditionellerweise mit Sesampaste (Tahini), Zitronensaft, Oliven\u00f6l und Knoblauch zubereitet. Das leckere Kichererbsenmus wird gew\u00f6hnlich mit anderen sogenannten Mezze (kleine Speisen) als Vorspeise serviert und als Dip mit Fladenbrot gegessen.
